The mission of SummerFest is to produce an annual fun, family-friendly event with quality music and food supported by both youth and adult volunteers. SummerFest is presented by RCS in partnership with individuals, corporations, other organizations. The purpose of this event is to raise awareness and funds for RCS to address hunger, homelessness, and domestic violence in our community.
SummerFest is a free event produced by RCS, Inc., a not-for-profit agency with four distinct yet interwoven programs working together to provide basic needs to people in Pinellas County. RCS Food Bank is the largest distributor of food to those in need in Pinellas County, serving over 4000 individuals monthly through 62 sub-sites.
RCS Grace House provides 8 weeks of apartment style shelter to homeless families along with all of life's necessities, maximizing their opportunity to reach self-sufficiency.
Haven of RCS empowers victims of domestic violence to become survivors, offering shelter, legal advocacy, 911 phones, individual and group support, preventative education and much more.
RCS Thrift Store offers a dignified shopping experience at no charge to participants in RCS programs while providing revenue to RCSv through sales to the public. (Household items and furniture, too).

SILENT AUCTION in VIP Cabana to benefit RCS and Gift of Food Endowment
Award-winning artists Helen Tilston, Mary Rose Holmes and Violetta Shtmeyen have generously donated a one of a kind artistic piece for auction to benefit RCS and the Gift of Food Endowment. They have been invited to exhibit at the Florence-Biennale, Italy, 2007 and regularly exhibit at Guppy's Restaurant, Indian Rocks Beach and Studio Encanto, St Petersburg.
