Danny Lozada w su Bachason

Danny Lozada Guzmán is one of Cuban salsa's most talented singers, composers, and bandleaders. Born in Havana, Cuba on April 27th in 1973, he began his musical career in 1991 with a group called Salsa de Esquina. In 1994, however he gained widespread public recognition when he became famous as a vocalist and composer for the group Conexión Salsera After hearing Danny's first big hit in early 1996 - "Beso de Queso" - David Calzado hired him to sing lead vocals and to compose with Charanga Habanera, Cuba's most important contemporary salsa/ timba bands. Danny developed an incredible creative chemistry with pianist/arranger Juan Carlos González, with the two of them playing defining roles in the landmark album, Tremendo Delirio, one of the most important and influential albums in all of Cuban music in the last two decades. For that album Lozada wrote, "Dime Si te Quedarás," " Lo Siento Por Tí," "Qué Quieres de Mí," "Usa Condón" amongst others.
